Rosemary Orange Balsamic

Slightly sweet but more savory due to the balsamic glaze then topped with rosemary bring an amazing balance to your tastebuds.

Burnin' Love

One of our spiciest bacons that we make, this blend included Fire Dust by CaJohn's as well as scorpion and ghost peppers. Watch out, this one should come with a warning.

The Jerk

Chef Tony's one of a kind take on the Carribean classic spice blend mends well with the hardwood smoked bacon.
